Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Every item in our shop is made-to-order, so production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. After that, standard US shipping adds another 3 to 7 business days. You'll get tracking info the moment your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start production quickly, we can only make changes within 1 hour of ordering. Email us as soon as possible at contact@madeforgiftedminds.com and we'll do our best to catch it.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return a product?
Since every product is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because each item is made to order, we're unable to swap items after production has started. Please double-check your selections at checkout, and reach out within 1 hour if you spot a mistake.
Personalization
Can I personalize a product?
Yes! Many of our products are available with personalization. Check out our Personalized Gifts collection or look for personalization options on individual product pages.
Can I request a custom design?
We love custom design requests for special occasions and bulk orders. Email us at contact@madeforgiftedminds.com with your idea and we'll get back to you within 2 business days.
Product care
How do I care for my mug?
Our mugs are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe, but for the longest-lasting print we recommend hand-washing in warm water with a mild detergent.
How do I care for my apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed design.
How do I care for my prints?
Frame them behind glass to protect from dust and sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
The brand
Do I need a diagnosis to shop here?
Absolutely not. Made for Gifted Minds is for anyone who identifies with the neurodivergent, gifted, or highly sensitive experience, with or without a formal diagnosis. You're welcome here.
Are these products appropriate for kids?
Many of our designs are perfect for kids and teens. See our Gifts for kids & teens collection. Some products with adult-oriented humor are clearly marked, so you can shop with confidence.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is clean and thoughtful, perfect to gift as-is.
